In Timblee, you can build beautiful visual sitemaps fast in two ways:

  1. Drag and drop page tiles from the "Screen type" sidebar when you're in the sitemap editor

This method lets you pre-select the type of screen from 40+ options before you add it to your sitemap, which reduces typing and includes a unique, relevant icon for that screen type – all in one action.

2. Hover on existing screen tiles in your sitemap to add a same level or sub screen (previously called 'pages')
This method adds the screen type "General 1" to your sitemap but always requires additional typing to change the text, as well as additional clicks if you want to change the icon. This is useful if you're working on a small screen and need more real estate for the sitemap since you can use this method with the Screen type sidebar hidden.

Try them out yourself and see which works for you. We often use both ourselves as each has its strengths.

Now create a User Flow

After you create your sitemap, switch over to the User Flow view and build important user flows using the screens you added on your sitemap. Comments and updates to the screen will be synced across sitemaps and user flows.
